Ahmet Mert Akdemir

Biography

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2018. He began his professional legal career after completing his legal internship specialized in the fields of Execution, Bankruptcy, and Concordat Law.

In 2020, Atty. Akdemir established his firm in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. Since then, he has been managing the Execution and Bankruptcy Law Department within the firm and holds specialized expertise in Concordat and Securitization processes. Furthermore, he plays an active role in the management of all legal actions and enforcement proceedings necessary for debt recovery. Approaching debt collection from a strategic perspective, Ahmet Mert Akdemir provides direct result-oriented services in recovery processes.
He represents client companies as the applicant party in concordat proceedings, managing the preparation and ratification of concordat projects, monitoring payments, and overseeing the liquidation of receivables. Additionally, he serves as a legal consultant for Technopark-based companies during their project preparation phases, providing proactive contract services to prevent potential disputes.
