Biography
Hale Bilir graduated from the KTO Karatay University, Department of Social Work in 2017. She is a social worker and a family counselor. With extensive experience in project and team management, particularly in conducting European Union projects related to migration and diaspora, she joined our team in 2025 as the General Coordinator.
